Primarius Supply Chain Optimisation Engine (P-SCOPE) can deliver full production optimisation, scheduling the best use of scarce resources:

P-SCOPE uses forecasts generated via P-OMS or forecast generated through the client as anticipated demand and optimises the production scheduling to minimise the cost or maximise the throughput to deliver production efficiencies and customer service.
P-SCOPE can mimic workflows and assembly lines looking at conditional, fixed and variable costs and constraints. P-SCOPE is as flexible as it is powerful, allowing complex systems to be reliably modelled.
P-SCOPE can also facilitate business operations questions, such as;
- Should an different/extra machine be purchased,
- Should a second shift be used
P-SCOPE can handle multiple locations and multiple recipes for products, including different product/resource/BOM and costs by location and batch size. This allows the ability to cross utilise resources across locations or suppliers. Other factors such as transport between sites and markets can also be added to make sure and cross-utilisation is the most efficient use of overall costs.
Production can be modelled on a monthly, weekly, daily or even smaller time periods if required. Most uses would determine the tactical production plan at a monthly or weekly level, then run again for operational time periods.
